COIMBATORE TOYOTA INNOVA SERVICE DEALER VERY WORST IN GIVING SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS. THE TOYOTA POLICY SAID its business philosophy - "Putting Customer First". BUT IN REAL "AT THE TIME OF BUYING CUSTOMER FIRST AFTER THAT THEY LAST". IF WE BOOK APPOINTMENT OF VEHICLE SERVICE THEY WONT GIVE IMMEDIATELY THEY GIVE A WEEK OR 2 WEEK TIME LATER, SO WE CANT MAINTAIN SERVICE ON RIGHT TIME AND RIGHT KMS. she has been into converting the black money of her kins from all these activities.

I bought a new innova car(UP-80 BK-9634) from Agra from Sunny Toyota last dec. 2009.It is commercial car I have submitted all documents who told me but i didn't get exis refund.Before this cars i have bought two cars from Naveen toyota and they gave exis refund in 30-35 days only but this car refund didnot get till now.
I have requested to you to take action as soon as possible.
