[Resolved]  Toyota Innova — Registration

Dear Sir,
We bought a Toyota innova 2.5V Champenge Mica Color from Spirited Autocars India P Ltd vide Invoice no.INV[protected] DATED 20/10/2011. They provided us with Temporary Number DL1T AF 4004 which has validity for 1 month and then after a month they got it extended and provided me with other temporary Number DL 1T AF 7039 i used it for another 20days .

The registration of the vehicle was supposed to be done in the name of the company and with Faridabad Authority(HR51 Series) as our area code falls under Faridabad Authority but i fail to understand why these people got my vehicle registered under Ballabhgarh Authority (HR29 series) on asking them why they did this , they are telling me its one and the same thing whether Registration is done with Faridabad Authority or Ballaghgarh Authority.

When i told them that i want vehicle registered with faridabad Authority only they told me that its difficult to get registered in Faridabad Authority as the vehicle is in the Name of the Company . I guess they had bribed the office incharge in Ballabhgarh as if vehicle can be registered in Ballabhgarh it can be registered in Faridabad Also as its one state one rule.

Also before getting it registered these people didnt informed me about the scenerio , i came to know through agent who gets the vehicle registration done , he is employee of Spirited Autocars India P Ltd, i told him that this is wrong my vehicle will be registered in Faridabad Series itself then also they did it In Ballaghgarh Series.

Now all showroom employess saying nothing can be done , vehicle has been registered.
