[Resolved]  Toyota — Faulty Breaks

I bought new Toyota Altis in Nov 2008. from day one breaks were making noise while applying. I kept it for first time ar 841 kms. Then after kept for two more times before car had done just 3000 kms. Each and every time while serviceing we had complained for same and had even mentioned in feedback. All this data are on records of Toyota. Now my car has done just 40000 kms and dealer has given estimated expence of Rs 30000 for only break issue. top of it dealer is claiming that break pads of altis last upto just 20000 kms or max 25000 kms. so it was hard for them to belive that my car went upto 40000 kms with company fitted break pads.

Owner of the dealer himself claimed that.

even had complained online for toyota and west head mr madhusudan :[protected] also called twice or thrice but none of them is responding till now. I had kept car on 4th Nov 2010 and then complianed on toll free no and internet. But till now they are just getting detail information regarding this matter and nothing is been concluded.

All Toyota vehicles owners have similar grievances towards NANAVATI MOTORS, Surat, INDIA.

Toyota Japan is less concerned about India because Toyota has many other countries to feel good about their sales.. China, all Gulf countries, 14 countries of South America, Africa is a giant consumer of Toyota products with 54 countries, almost all using Toyotas, and above all USA..
so why would they waste energies in solving issues from India..!!

well I have had very good experience with Nanavati Toyota so far and expect the same in future. I have been using Innova since 2007 bought from Nanavati and I am extreamly delighted by the dealer services since day 1. Keep the good work up Nanavatis:)
