[Resolved] Tracer Shoes — poor quality of shoes

Dear all,

I have purched the shoes worth rs1800 from Gautam Shoe Palace In Distt hamirpur HP,Shoes found of very poor quality,it had been tear within 3 months ,I purchase the in the end of March 2011,In July 1St week I go to the dealer and tell him about my issue.and nothing has been done from dealer side.He always gives me the next date to short out my problem but today is 21/10/2011 my quation how much times to take the resolucation of this.

Now i think that company is irresponsible to provide the geniune customer service.

Do the needful asap for my complaint,

Tracer shoes — service related

change of accessory metal batch of the shoe. It is leather made formal type bought in Pune Ferguson road outlet and Tracer Brand . Shoe is in good condition .

I Shri Rasmi Kanta Behura, Balasore purchase a sport shoe of Tracer company from Sani Shoe Point, Fakir Mohan Golai, Balasore, Orissa-756001 vide their bill No.897 dated 12.05.2012. After regular used said Shoe I fill some thing pen in my little finger of my both legs. I consult with doctor why pen my little finger. The doctor examine and find that my shoe design is wrong. In lower portion of my shoe is not proper order i.e the little finger side is up side compair to other side. So I can't use that shoe regularly. Hence you are requested to do the needful give me a write remady for solve my problem.
