[Resolved]  Tracer Shoes — Not exchanging not returning shoes

I have earlier submitted my complaint on 7 or 8th Jan.2011 against the shopkeeper of tracer shoes. But so far no action has been taken against him. What are you waiting for?
I bought the shoes ( SRS-686 # # GREEN # # 7 ) worth Rs. 1079 from S S Enterprises( Mohali ) SCO 84, Phase 5, Mohali, Punjab on 5 Jan 2011, with bill no. 77. When I wore them on the next day, I found them very very uncomfortable. So I went to the shopkeeper very next day. I told him about my problem, he certainly told me to exchange the shoes. But in the very next few moments, he denied saying that u have worn them. i wont change them. One should have common sense how the convenience or non convenience of the things would come to know without using them. He argued a lot of with me but I returned back without any result.
I have earlier complained to you people also but so far no action has been taken against them. Kindly guide me. Even on the bill has been written like this " Shoes are warranted for 3 months . Are you waiting for the date to get expired?
