[Resolved]  Tracer Shoes — not returning their shoes

Dear Customer Service Manager,
On [15.07.2011], I bought a tracer shoes[SRS-SMASH # # GREY/BLK # # 11] at [ANJANEYA ENTERPRISES,628/52-B,LGF MURARI NAGAR,FAIZABAD ROAD, LUCKNOW].
I am disappointed because your Shoes has not performed as it should, it was heavy and uncomfortable to wear. Therefore this product is not of satisfactory quality.
when i went to the outlet next day (after purchasing) for complain and exchange,your outlet reprsentative denyed for exchange also.
I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. I will wait for your response before seeking help from consumer court.
