[Resolved]  Transcend India — Inefficient service and careless attitude to customers

Sir,

I had given my Transcend 8 Gb micro Sdcard for replacement on 03 sep 2010 which was registered at your service centre in Mumbai(Accel frontline services limited,Tardeo,Mumbai-34)under the Id TSCTRD[protected]DW.



After about one month visited up your service centre in oct 10 and they informed me that the replacement has not arrived and they have relocked the complaint against a ne Id TSCTRD[protected]DW on 24 Sep 10.They asked me to visit back after a week.On going back after a week they told me that replacement was still not available.On insisting they provided me phone no: of your head office in Chennai[protected] where on calling a lady picked up the phone and promised that the replacement will be available in a week.

Since then I have been regularly inquring but I am yet to recieve the replacement.



This is gross negligience that even after 3 months and 6 days(96days) I am wandering pillar to post for this small issue.



I have faced great inconvinience due to this and spend a significant amount on travel to your service centre .It will therefore be a good gesture on part of your company that you should reimburse back my expenses on my travel and also compensate for the loss of my precious time as it is total inefficiency on your part to provide timely services to customers.



If I do not get my product replaced immediately along with the compensation I will be forced to take the matter to court of law for which you shall be responsible solely and any expenditure arising out of this shall be your responsibility.

Dear S.Thiyagarajan,

This is to inform you that i had purchased Transcend memory card from the online shopping portal Tradus.in. I had purchased 02 memory cards one of 8GB and other of 4 GB.
Both the memory cards were in a non working conditions since day one. I approached your service center on March 19th, 2012 and surrender memory cards there. The concerned person gave me time of 03 Months for replacement of memory card. But till date the same is not received also i have tried calling on their nos 30007579 / 80 but the response is pathetic. They directed me to the Transcend Ho and gave the Number of Sarika [protected] / 15 / 10 but Sarika is always busy and never received my call. I have also tried calling you from my mobile as well as landline but you also didnt responded my query.

Its been a long and high time now as my card is not yet received and after that the response from your end is not satisfactory.

Request you to arrange my replacement cards as soon as possible and make available to me as i am in a need of it for my future usage.

I purchased 8 GB Transcand pen drive from online. After one month my pendrive read and write speed is very slow. I suffered a lot. I mail to company, he suggested the 1, 2, 3.. steps but useless. I lived in Rajkot but such a huge city, there is a not service station available. I submitted my pendrive at Ahmedabad Service Station on 18/7/12 and service station will give me the replacement after 2 months. What a excellent replacement system provide by the TRANSCEND. Reason give by the service station that “DUE TO SHORTAGE OF STOCK”. Kindly provide me the company’s e-mail ID or any other responsible help desk e-mail, so that I can mail the same situation. There is a no availability of any mail ID of Transcend website.

These people say that they have stopped servicing transcend. I tried contacting other HDD vendors in Pune and they are not ready to provide replacement because i bought it online and not from them. Please help me in this and somehow get the product replaced. Flipkart must be having retailers from which they buy products, please put the product through them and get it replaced.

I had given my Transcend 32 GB micro Sdcard for replacement on 07 February 2013 which was registered at your service centre in Trivandrum Thycaud (Accel Care Centre) under the ACK NO :1822. They had Informed me that the replacement will be done after 2 months and till now haven't got any. This memory card was bought on 01-11-13 for RS 1250 from Flipkart and within one month is shows issues.

I had Contacted them and they keep telling that the card haven't arrived and also informed me that Transcend product that had given from october also haven't arrived. They are still contacting you about this, I had asked them to cc me in their mail and they told that they will not involve customer into their E-mail.

So is this the value you give to your customers uhh, We buy your product with warranty and if any issue comes you are specifying that we have to follow up each day until you give the replacement.

Please dont't treat your customers like this, you are running a MNC and your quality towards customer is like this ?. So Please replace my Product immediately or I have to look for other option?

I had given my transcend External hdd for replacement in ACCEL service center Nagpur on 18-Mar-2013 having Call id - TSCBKX[protected]DW. It had passed nearly 6 months and till this date I had not recived my hdd. Due to this kind of irregularities in your service providation I had faced lots of trouble n losss. Now it's the limit of patience of me now you are creating situation that I have to file a law suite on yor company Transcend and your service company ACCEL in Consumer Court . To realize your company about the rights of Consumer..

My ram is under warranty & want to replace it. But they are not provide any support for same.I coordinate with dealer for RAM replacement but dealer denied & also coordinate with Transcend customer care but they are playing the game with me or not provide the solution..

In my case.. its been more than 2 years since I gave my ram for replacement. In chennai it was luminous technologies who took care of replacements. Now they have closed the centre and made a lot of peoples a fool. It happened in Chennai. Mailed officials in Transcend but no reply

I had given my transcend External hard disk for replacement on 05/June/2017 in Kaizen inforserve Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi. But still I don't get my hard disk when I call there no they are replying unrelated answer its almost 60 days
