sir i mukesh jain propriter of arihantnx i have retail shop at grant road i have used a memroy card 16 gb for my personal use when i check the micro on my pc it was not responding so send my person to service tardeo assclfrontline on 01/03/2012 there was a person on counter no 2 mr prakash was not taking my memory saying a excuse that i cannot read the serial no which is not visible by normal eye now what to do i need my memory to be replace...

Sir,
I had given my Transcend 8 Gb micro Sdcard for replacement on 03 sep 2010 which was registered at your service centre in Mumbai(Accel frontline services limited,Tardeo,Mumbai-34)under the Id TSCTRD[protected]DW.
After about one month visited up your service centre in oct 10 and they informed me that the replacement has not arrived and they have relocked the complaint against a ne Id...
