Sir i have applied for pan card 1 year before, my card is already despatched on 09.06.2008 said by uti person, but still i have not received my card on my address.my application serial no.[protected], coupon no.[protected], and my pan card no. Is BBJPK1126N. Sir please give me suggestion how i get my pan card.

i applied three months before my pan no APKPA0259E, i have not received my pan card what is the next step please inform me. thank you

Dear Sir,
I had applied for PAN Card in the Month of April '08. It is almost one and half year gone I yet not received my PAN Card. While visiting your website I got the PAN Card No: BVFPS6233N under the jurisdiction no. :BPL/W/83/2.
I had follow up at your Bhopal centre 6 months later. UTI representative said they had already dispatched the PAN card at my mailing address but as i didnt got the same they said to apply for the new PAN card again.
I again applied for the same with all enclosures required for address proof and also one passport size photograph in the month of August '09. Still problem remains the same i didnt got the PAN card.
After making phone calls to your office at bhopal they said that the problem is with the photoraph and they are not able to scan it properly.
It is really sad that there is no any inquiry or even no any information were provided from your end if applicant is not getting the PAN Card on time.
Please forward me your e-mail id so that i will able to send you my scanned photograph.
Also, look into the matter seriously. This kind of service is not expected from your end and embarassing to see such thing.
