hello sir,
i have PAN card, but in that my date of birth is wrong, i submitted application for correction on 17th july 2007, still now i didnt got any response from your side, so i want to cancel this PAN card and decided to take new one, if possible provide me details for cancillation of my PAN card.
or else please make correction in existing PAN CARD.

it has only my first name i.e MADHURIMA but my last name i.e. MITRA is not printed. all other
