Please change my First Name to LAXMIKANT

As posted below, the name printed on my PAN card is LAXMIKANI . But it should be LAXMIKANT . As my name is LAXMIKANT A BAGADE . All documents are attached while submitting PAN application
Please confirm through them.

letter 'I' in LAXMIKANI should be replaced by 'T' and should be printed as LAXMIKANT

i am also one of the victims of the same problem, i had applied for PAN in the year 2005-06 but i have not got the pan at my given address whereas at the same address i get every thing through correspondense. i confirmed my PAN on internet but i have no card yet. due to this i applied for the same once more, but the case is the same this time also. thats why i have two PAN but not a single PAN card. i had made complain to utitsl for this but there was no result. please advise me to what to do cancel these two PAN so that i can apply for the new PAN. according to income tax rule there should be only one PAN, then how can i surrender the PAN card where there is no card at all ?
