[Resolved]  TravelChaCha — Fraud Ticketing

I booked a ticket for Indigo Airlines. The details are in the photo attached. I called up Indigo. They said the ticket is not booked. Travelchacha operators would not pick up the phone, and I kept calling them up the whole day. They have already charged me the ticket amount. But the ticket is not booked yet. I might not get another ticket or even if I get, the cost would be very high. I think it is a fraud they are committing. Please take up necessary action against Travelchacha.com. Thank you very much.
