i had cancelled my booking on 22 sep and have not got the refunds.everytime i call the concerned athority they tell me that my check has been despatched today.they dont give me the courier details also.i cancelled my booking bcoz i needed money for my mother's treatment.i m very much mentally disturbed with this response of the travel agency.PLS take necessory action.

AFTER 3 DAYS A PERSON CALLING ON BEHALF OF TRAVELGURU FOR COLLECTION OF PAYMENT. BUT NO ONE COME TO COLLECT THE PAYMENT. I SENT EMAIL MANY TIME CALL MANY TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE.

TODAY AS ON 02.09.2010 WHEN I CALL AGAIN FOR THE PAYMENT THEY SAID SORRY THERE IS NO COLLECTION CENTRE AND AFTER MORE DISCUSSION THEY SAID THE ACTUAL REASON THAT THERE IS NO ROOM AVAILABLE AT THIS PERIOD. PLEASE HELP ME INTHIS REGARD AS NOW THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE AT HIGHER RATES SO THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPENSTION.
