Dear Sir, I booked my hotel against your confirmed invoice no. DVTG/2014-15/00361720. When i reached at hotel, owner not able to provide rooms because he told that no any connection with travelgrue with me.I also informed you that due to delay of train, i could not contact hotel.You can not give me any contact details of hotel in your above mentioned invoice.So you have requested to return my amount in my account urgently other wise i will go to upvokta form.
