Travelyaari — Cheated to Me

I regret to tell, but I don't know on what basis travelyaari empaneled with bus operator, they are making fool to customer ,just want to earn commission. travelyaari is least bother about customer what they suffer while traveling .

This second time I am facing problem while traveling. Because of my busy schedule I haven’t email/posted earlier, even this time I get chance to wright after 10-15 days of traveling . Worst journey ever in my life, I paid for sleeper & almost journey I was seating on last bumpy seat , now I am suffering back pain after journey … entire journey conductor is trying to make fool, his behavior worst he was drunk least bother about passengers, bus condition was worst some time engine heat , sometime fan belt broke and all, no punctuality, I lost my half working day. Bus Operator & Travelyaari just want to make money no ethics they are not concern about passenger’s situation. I‘ll suggest never book the ticket from travelyaari they cheat with customers..

If possible I wanted to take them to consumer forum.. for such a unethical business practice, because I can bare this situation but may some senior or heart patient will be in trouble in this kind of pathetic journey.
