Triveni is an fraud group and we must file a case in consumer court jointely and they should not be allowed to advertise for new project to save hard earned money of another poor indian.

Triveni is very fraud company dont believe them Madhur Mittal n Sumit Mittal, in logo ne aap sabka paise apne Media Channel me laga rakha hai VOI(Voice of India) jo newz channel hai or fail ho gaya hai...inka paisa us par doob gaya hai or aap logo k paise se hi in logo ka ghar chal raha hai...or apna paisa wapas mangne jao to itna muskil ho jata hai inse milna jaise PM se or inke office me kabhi jao b group me to yeh under hi under se gayab ho jate hai...friends aise kaam nhi chalega ki ek ek karke jao or apna time barbad karo inke liye to kuch mayne nhi rakhta...hum sab mil kar inke office or ghar par jaate hai to ek date final karlo jo sabko suit kare hum puri unit me jayenge na to koi b kuch nhi kar sakta...ek woh chor hai A.S.Pundhir hum inhe aise nhi chorenge ki humari zeevan bhar ki punji yeh log aise hi kha jaye...arre friends or aap jo bol rahe hai na ki case karo inka khud ka ek department hai Legal Deptt. or aise kuch nhi hone wala hum sabko khud hi karna padega...or me akele yeh dum rakhti hoo ki agar mera paisa wapas nhi kiya in logo ne to me un Dono bhaiyo ki BMW jisme ghumte hai usi me unko maar dungi...me bahut pareshan hoo in logo se sale chor...

I totally agree with Ms. Manjeet. I think everyone victim of Triveni must be having simmilar thoughts as her.

I am currently in Bangalore and am also sick and tired of hearing false excuses of the builder. My 5lakhs is stuck with them for 4 years now.

I am taying since 4 months, but there is no response.Ihave submitted the refund documents on16/04/2009

Triveni has shifted its office from nehru place to mohan cooperative industrial area .
I think they are now in the process of absconding .

we should unite, and approach their office / residence together and just beat them and their staff .

hi, i m a lawyer by profession and i have already filed a case against triveni for my client who applied for a flat in sec 78 project. The case is pending in patiala house . In case of any enquiry everyone is free to mail me or contact me .

Yes i am also a victim of triveni. I booked a flat in Sector 89 Faridabad in nov 2006. Till now paid 13 lacs.
How to get the money refunded? It is my hard earned money which i invested from my life saving. I am a retired man.

I am also a viticm of this company. Received cheque ( Dtd. 27.04.09 ) & same is bounced. This money has been paid to Trivani for the plot in greater Faridabad. Triveni has given me the false promises about their projects. Within two/three days, I am going to give legal notice & then file the case under section 138 & 142.
If some one has better suggestions, pl advice immediately.

Hi All,

I am also viticm of this company, received four posted cheques against a flat booked in 2007 in Triveni heights at ghaziabad total value of rs 10 lakhs approx.

All these cheques got bounced with account block remark by bank .

I do not know what to do now .

triveni and its directors ( Sumit and Madhur Mittal)have approx 250 criminal cases of cheques bounceing/ IPC420 / consumer form and recovery of debts- including from land owners, property brokers and customers .

i have the detail listing of all the cases . Just filing a case under above sections will not be sufficient as all you know the loop holes in the low and service of summon itself an issue.

IF WE WANT TO COMMUNICATE A STRONG MESSAGE AND RECOVER OUR DUES WE NEED TO UNITE .

my story is similar to that of all the people who have shown their grievances towards the triveni group and its directors. my total investments exceed rs. 30 lakh. all the cheques given by the company have bounced and there was no other way than to knock at the court's door for justice, knowing the fact that it's a long and painful process. i agree to the fact that all the people should unite and take joint actions towards the company to any extent. i am sure if we are all together, mittals will be forced to return our hard-earned money, by any means. i am ready to join. i can be contacted on [protected]. let us be together and show our strength.

I have booked 2 nos villa in dharuhera but they don't have a licence for making the villa. I think they don't have land. One booking was cancelled two years back but payment was not received till date, Can some one help me for how to handle this company. They are absolutely fraud company.

I also agree with the complaint made against triveni. This company has played fraud with many innocent people including myself. They are still doing the same. I M READY TO JOIN WITH TAKING ACTION AGAINST TRIVENI . My contact details are [protected].

Treveni Infrastructure Project for Dheruhera Gurgaon from last three year .We have already file our application in the month April 2009.But there is no response from your side even a single call from your side.You people committed us to lauch a project in Dheruhera Gurgaon in 2006 and give us dream that project would be lauch soon where the project.
We are waiting from last 3.5 years .Please revert us with immediate action.
