[Resolved]  Triveni Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. — Cheque Bounce

I fully agree with the complaint made against triveni. This company has played fraud with many people yes ofcourse I am also victim of M/s Triveni I have also given the cheques of assured return @12% on my principal amount but same happend with me mean bounce company is luring customers showing the dream of Hawa Mahal I am ready to join and agree to file the complaint/case againest them.

This company is really exploiting people and still carrying on business. They don't bother to reply to your mails/letters. In case you want to meet their people, you will loose energy by meeting different people who have no decision taking powers. MD Mittal Sahib want to see cheques only and not the customers who are issuing those cheques. He is least bothered to deliver the flats but he is worried to expand into TV Channels and what not!!! I will be too happy to see these people brought to justice. They are making calls on mobile to pay more money or change the plans to 2 bhk - but when asked to give the proposal in writing, they simply close the phone.

I am also a victim of triveni infrastructure. After cancellation the booking ( due to well known reasons), my cheque amounting Rs 2, 50, 000 is also bounced. Request to all, if any forum against this is formed, I would like to register myself.

All o[censored]s should make a forum for Triveni. They are cheater and making fool to the people. They have diverted the money of public from Triveni to some where else. We shoul lodge fir'r for 420 as it was filed in case of Mr. Jitender Chaudhary. Court is very strong. In addition to this we should file 138 case in Negotiable Instrument Act only. If you visit their office, their staff is very rude, they do not allow to meet with directors. They are behaving us like a begger. We should show UNITY to get our money back.

Triveni bulders in fardabad is chor. They are taking 3.8 lacs 3 years before for plot but till now they are not giving plot nor returning my money. please we beware from dog. They are shifted his office from Nehru place to some other place. They are froud people. If anyone planning to court case> I can join.

After lot of follow up, in May 09 i was given PDCs towards refund of registration amount and one cheque dated 23.11.09 when presented for payment has been returned by their banker with the reason "Insufficient Funds". There has been no comments about the coy for the last more than 30 days and can any one tell me that whether coy has started some activity or people are fed up writing about the coy.
