Dear All,

I am also facing the same problem. The company is not ready to refun d my 10.20 lacs.

Let us unite and lodge a FIR against the directors for cheating the Public and also contact the Revenue Deptt not to licence the company for any new projects.

Well i am also in a similar position .I had booked 3 flats in 2006 but the progress is just not happening.These crooks have shifted their offices to some secluded place and this makes things all the more scary .I will approach them for refund but seeing your responses i am sure what lies ahead.Let's all get toghether and catch hold of these guys or lets approach the consumer forum as a group.A few friends of mine had also booked the flats at Sector 78 and they are also with me .

I am also having the same problem. I have filed a case against them regardin the cheque bounce. My next date is 18th March. i hope something comes out positive.

my case was also same as above... But now i got i got my money back of Rs 1 lac installment per month, they re-issued me a fresh cheques of another a/c of YES Bank... my last cheque was re- bounced but they cleared it now...

IN MY OPINION A FIR SHOULD BE FILED AGAINST SUMIT MITTAL AND MADHUR MITTAL WHO HAS MADE A ORGANISED GANG OF PERSONS TO LOOT THE PUBLIC.HE SHOULD BE MADE SUBJECT TO GHERAO AT THEIR PALATIAL RESIDENCE AT C-691 NEW FRIENDS COLONY BEHIND ESCORTS HOSPITAL.ALL EFFORTS SHOULD BE MADE TO PREVENT THEM TO FLEE AFTER DISPOSING OFF ALL THE LAND AND BUILDINGS WHICH HE IS DOING VERY FAST.

We had booked a plot in pre launch, (Paid 3, 50, 000) Triveni had intially launched Plots/Flats . Since they didnt have enough land they did not get the license for Plots (or whatever the reason was) hence they offered all the plot holders to convert into flats so did we.. also the dealer suggested that we should go for a flat instead coz if we didnt he wouldn't get his commission from the builder.. so we signed the document agreeing to convert the plot into the flat.

Now by the time allotment was due which was in 2006 or 07. I started hearing all sorts of things so decided not to go for the allotment.. Now I have 3 lakhs 50, 000Rs. stuck in there.. which they are not refunding everyone knows that..

can anyone please suggest me do i have a case? coz i dnt have a flat as yet coz i did not go for the allotment so i dnt have any tower or flat number or floor or area alloted to me.. i just have the booking amount stuck with them which was paid for the Plot in Pre Launch..

I too have been cheated by TRIVENI . I had invested Rs 4 lakhs in a prelaunch booking registration, however the project never took off so I demanded for refund and since then they have been giving the same reply as for many of you that they dont have money. I have not even recieved PD cheque yet. CAN ALL O[censored]S JOIN HANDS AND FILE A PETITION IN COURT and get a STAYORDER for any further Triveni PROJECTS ? IF YES, LET US POOL OUR EMAIL IDS AND PHONE NUMBERS AT ONE PLACE. This blog is scattered however one doc file can be prepared and rotated around all the victims for filling in the details and then some volunteers can contact a good lawyer for proceeding against Triveni.

I fail to understand how can a company cheat so many people and there is no step that is taken by the government against the company...

The directors are putting their pictures on the website of the company.
New projects are being launched...

1.4 crores deposited for refund in high court already by the company

some people have started getting refunds against bounce cheques.

Dear Mr. Gupta/Katyal/Mahajan/Mittal,

With reference to your IT Space project at Sector-89, Faridabad, I had invested a sum of Rs. 5, 00, 000/- (Rupees Five lakhs) in your company. I was issued a receipt (Receipt No: [protected]) for the same. As per agreement between Triveni Infrastructure Development Co Ltd and me (dated 11/05/2009), I was issued a cheque by you (Cheque No: 10265, Value: Rs. 13, 455/-, Axis Bank, East of Kailash, New Delhi) towards assured return @12% on the invested principal amount.

On my depositing the cheque, it has been dishonored twice by your bank (Axis Bank) with reason as “Insufficient funds” (Attached is a copy of the cheque and dishonored statement).

Please make the payment of this cheque (Rs. 13, 455/-) + cheque bounce charges (Rs. 220/-) within next 15 days, failing which I will have no other option but to proceed with criminal charges against you u/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

i fully agree with the complaint made against triveni. This company has played fraud with many people which includes me also. SO I M READY TO JOIN WITH TAKING ACTION AGAINST TRIVENI .
