[Resolved] TTK Healthcare Tpa Private Limited — Non-Receipt Of Claim Cheque and No Response | |||
We have a Mediclaim Policy with CitiBank through TTK Healthcare TPA Private Limited (Card # CHE-NI-GH[protected]B - Sonali Thakur). When my wife was hospitalized, I intimated TTK about the same and they provided me Claim # for follow-up (POL) I submitted the claim Documents to TTK Andheri office on 4th of December 2011. I called the Chennai call centre on[protected] and got to know that the claim was approved for some amount on 16th December and the cheque had been dispatched on 19th. I have been trying to follow-up with the company since then and still have not received any reply from them. The cheque was returned due to wrong address details but I had specifically mentioned the address where we wanted to receive the cheque, I wrote to the customer service on Wed 12/28/2011 and received a autoreply mail (TTK CRM #46173). There after I wrote to the same mail on Thu 1/5/2012 and again received a autoreply mail (TTK CRM #464605). I have again written to them today ([TTK CRM #466940) but still not received any reply on my earlier mails or call on the Chennai HelpLine No. It has been more than a month and I have been receiving different replies from the call centre executives everytime I call them. The claim cheque is ready but still I have not received it and the level of service is extremely disappointing. Request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
