My TTK claim no: VIZ-0213-CL-000263. I claimed for orthopadic surgery at Trust Hospital, Kakinada. I submit all short falls required documents on[protected] through DTDC Courier Service. Till date, I have not received my claim amount. For the past 7 days I have been getting the same answer from the customer care . "Your claim is under process, we will revert the payment details in days time. " I have exhausted all my energies in following up with the customer care However, it is all in vain.
