Dear Sir,We are four members of our family had taken insurance policy from TTK Healthcare TPA pvt. Ltd on Sep 2009 & it is for one year & as per health care insurance company assured
pre-hospitalization & any of the health Problem should cover. We on dt:27/3/2010 have send proposal for pre-hospitalization with Doctors report to TTK Healthcare TPA pvt. Ltd & they have denied. Plz. guide us we are having necessary reports / Documents
