we have experienced a bitter exprerience while visiting your prestige centre at chandannagore . on 04/08/2013 at around 8.00 p, m we visited the above showroom and we asked for a quotation for one prestige food processor and one gas burner in the name of Allahabad bank . But they refused to provide in a rude manner which is not at all expected .

In PATNA a service center at BOARING ROAD, one Mr. Sanjeev, talked with me on phone regarding repair of my four burner glass top gas stove & I was fully satisfy with his verson, but when it became very late to repair, I again call on same no.[protected] then any new person lift the phone and they did not trasfer to Mr. Sanjeev and not tell their name. He was talking like a owner of prestige. I thought RATAN TATA, GHANSHYAM BIRLA, BOTH AMBANI'S & NO DOUBT OWNER OF PRESTIGE, never think that any customer is a BEGGER.
I AM ALSO A SMALL BUSINESS & UNDER MY HAND 500 PERSONS ARE WORKING UNDER ONE ROOF.
SO, MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO GIVE TRAINING TO YOUR PERSONS THAT HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS.
My estemate to repair was Rs.500/- to Rs 600/- as per your person, But after 20 days it became Rs.1500/- any way it was my fault that why I purchase PRESTIGE PRODUCT with out searching your service after sale.
