TTML — Name removed from CIBIL list | |
Myself had applied for a home loan recently. I was shocked to hear from the Banks (IDBI) that my name is listed in the Defaulter List of CIBIL. I always paid my dues within specified time & to my knowledge no dues pending from my end. I do not know which Financial Institution has reported my name in the defaulter list. This is utmost unfair for a customer who is sincere and has settled all the dues and has never defaulted in any way. I have never received any information from CIBIL asking for a confirmation if the name of a customer is listed in defaulter list whether is it correct? I was shocked to hear from the Banks (citi financial) that my name is listed in the Defaulter List of CIBIL.
which was an auto loan which it shows as is was (GURANTOR).
I always paid my dues within specified time & to my knowledge no dues pending from my end.
I do not know which Financial Institution has reported my name in the defaulter list.
This is utmost unfair for a customer who is sincere and has settled all the dues and has never defaulted in any way.

I was shocked that my name was in the cibil which was informed by the bank
the bank informed that you was a defaulter of tata finanace
I have preclosed the loan without any due pending on 2007 itself but also they did not remove my name from cibil report
