[Resolved]  Turkish Airlines — Delay of Baggage

This is to inform you all that i had a very bad experience with Turkish Airlines. I was boarding from Mumbai, India to Birmingham, UK. When i landed on 24th Dec 2010. They informed me that 2 checked in baggage could not reach Birmingham because of some mistake and there negligence. When I contacted there representative they just gave me Airport irregularity report. I had to attend Christmas Eve party which was one of our dream in our life to attend. However both the bags where carrying my clothes of myself and my spouse which we had to wear in that party. We went several miles hunting for some shops, however all shops were closed. Unfortunately myself and my spouse had to go in the same clothes i.e. the one which we were wearing while starting from Mumbai,India. The airline didnt had courtesy to reply me my baggage the next day. We had to go all the way to airport to collect it.
I have lodged the claim on the airline, but no one is now replying now. I have send so many complaints but one is bothered to reply. Also the airline is not scared of any regulatory actions nor they are afraid of any passenger rights. I am now going to file a legal suit against the airline.

I would request all the passengers not to board by this airline. However, if they are ready for the loss or delay in baggage then only you should board.

I hope you will now understand my difficulties and problems.
