[Resolved]  Turkish Airlines — Bag Lost While traveling from TK 720 on[protected]

While travelling from Istanbul to Mumbai my baggage was lost and when I asked at the lost and found counter they said you will receive your bag on your final destination(Kolkata) but we didn't find our bag. so we made a complain in Air India lost and found office but today when i called them, they said at that time they only make a complain but didn't register PIR for this issue because it related to Turkish Airlines. So please registered my complain and inform me related to this issue. All travelling are as follows: 1)From Libya to Istanbul on private charter plan on 8-8-2014 and bag tag no we receive is 3000 XH 120004. 2)From Istanbul to Mumbai through Turkish Airlines on 9-8-2014, Ticket No:[protected]/1 with same bag tag no. 3000 XH 120004(when we arrived on airport we didn't find our bag and i have to took other flight as connecting so i didn't register any lost complain in Turkish Airlines.) 3)From Mumbai to Kolkata through Air India Airlines on[protected] flight no AI 774 and Ticket no:[protected]C2. Inform me the latest update for the bag. and now what i have to do and please register my complain. Please look into this matter because in that bag i have all my important documents and certificate. I am waiting for your reply.
