[Resolved] Turkish Airlines — Baggage missing and the behavior of airlines & agents

I travelled from Hyderabad to Nuremberg via Istambul on june 7 and my return journey was on 12june from Nuremberg to Delhi via Istambul. I used Turkish Airlines flights. In my return journey when I reached to Delhi airport at 2.55am on 13june, I came to know that my laggauge was still at Istambul. I submitted application form for my laggage and took my other flight for Hyderabad which was at 6.35am.

It was told to me that i will get my luggage within 24hrs. I received call from airline office that my luggage is coming on 14june through Spice Cargo flight number SG221. When I reached to Hyderabad airport, I found that no such baggage is sent from new delhi even the baggage number itself doesn't exist in their record book. Now, its 16june today and airlines and their agents are giving me all false information about my luggage.

Even I got fedup by receiving number of calls and commitment from airline and its agents.

My motive to submit this complaint is to aware all of reader not to trust on such airlines and its agents.

I had similar experience, they lost my luggage in domestic portion (in Turkey) I had to fly on another airline internationally, They never sent me my luggage and the attitude stinks. The customer relations reps talk like it was my fault. Maybe they are right. It was. I should have NOT flown with Turkish airlines, and I never do any more. So, far they have lost more than 30 customers, i have mentioned to everyone who is flying to Turkey. I have new motto for them instead of currently "Globally Yours", they mean "Globally UP yours". So, Boycott. never fly. They will eventually go belly up..
