I had similar experience, they lost my luggage in domestic portion (in Turkey) I had to fly on another airline internationally, They never sent me my luggage and the attitude stinks. The customer relations reps talk like it was my fault. Maybe they are right. It was. I should have NOT flown with Turkish airlines, and I never do any more. So, far they have lost more than 30 customers, i have mentioned to everyone who is flying to Turkey. I have new motto for them instead of currently "Globally Yours", they mean "Globally UP yours". So, Boycott. never fly. They will eventually go belly up..
