Sir,
in 2010 I approached Kohinoor motors for selling my old scooty and buying new scooty.They connected to TVS CREDIT SERVICE FOR Loan.At the time of finishing this process the amount to take my old vehicle is less from the amount they promised at starting stage.So i asked to stop loan processing. And the sales representative threatened me to get the loan through phone.I refused to accept. Later , i come to know they applied loan and ECS is coming to my account. And i called TVS credit service about this and they accept the problem and returned the cheques i given them.
Now 2012,
my cibil report says i have Amount over due with tvs credit service.I was not able to get any loan or credit card because of this. I called the customer care they are saying you have to pay Rs 2000 pending.And they are not able to say to which vehicle number they processed loan.
I have not bought vehicle , and not got any loan from them, But i am suffering because of their mistake for 2 years.
The loan agreement number they sent to me is TN3000TW01476.
Without giving loan how come they update to my cibil report.
Please solve this problem.
