TVS Credit Services — fraud

We purchased Washing machine, but the executives are registered a TV Purchased and they updated excess amount of loan also. We tried to mail to TVS Help Desk and chennai Gunidy team. All the employees are very excellent to collect a money from customers even customer has its non working day also. but when we raised Request they will work on working day only. Still i didnot found any solution.
So dont go for TVS Credit services they will do the fraud transactions. i Never seen before, computerized statement also very each and every month..
