This is Sri from Chennai who is having an existing auto loan with TVS Credit Finance. Though I wasn't well in my health and financial situation, I was not able to pay my last few months of EMI's.

The issue is not about arranging the amount to pay the EMI...however TVS Credit have sent 4 collection agents + a retired police Sub Inspector (Not Genuine) and threatened me and my family members including...

Every month EMI paid this is a strange incident happened with me. I find a message on my Mobile screen that screen locked.
I really surprised to see such message on my mobile...

On jun 26th we went to enquire for TVS radeon bike..

I paid advance of rs.40000 the same day..

They said I must sign the loan papers and it was a sunday so
they couldnt login and find out the details for my husbands
eligibility..They asked a Otp to check eligibility. we gave.

Then Monday they didnt give any information sir, they never made
any call.

They we went to showroom to take the bike on 1st July and I asked
them why there was no call from TVS credit to give information
about my EMI amount and how many months EMI to be paid. They
said they already logged in and EMI is 4155 and 12percent interest.
I was really shocked as I agreed only for 10.5Percent..

Now the twist is I paid the balance 39856 by my credit card and settled
the payment for my bike and took my bike. TVS Radeon 2022 dark green.

I told them to cancel the NACH signed by my husband
and one Mr.Subash(Raj VIjay Sales Executive) and Karthik from
TVS credit said they will cancel it. But I still didnt believe them.
I asked Subash(sales Executive of Rajvijay TVS showroom) to call
they Manager of TVS credit. He immediately called Mr.Mohan and said
everything is cleared. I trusted their words and took my bike.

On 8th August (after 40 days) they gave my NACH presented to Bank
for no reason and bounced my EMI and again they presented th NACH
on 12th August (within 4 days) and bounced the EMI. Now they took
ECS return amount of Rs.413 and Rs.590 each and my husbands CIBIL
score is affected.

we are heartbroken because I am carrying my second child and having
complication in my pregnancy. In spite of knowing this fact, they
did all this because they thought as I am pregnant and my husband
is a Executive Chef in Hotel ananda inn, pondicherry we wont have
time to fight for our truth and justice.

I beg your pardon to clear my issue and make the TVS credit people
to regret for their attitude. Mr.Mohan was the manager and he said
only one line to me that I have given otp and so it is my fault and
u do whatever u can..

Me already apna mobile ka EMI paid kar chuka hun. parantu mera mobile unloack nhi hua hai.
tvs ke castomer care me baat karne se bola ja raha hai ki apka registered mobile no. invalid bata raha hai.
maine tvs ke castomer care ko lagbhag lagbhag 50 baar call kar chuka hun but kuch help nhi kr pate.

my mobile no [protected] living in dharwad city of karnataka state. due to delay in my salary i am unable to pay my mobile emi on time. but when i am ready to pay i am unable to receive otp to pay emi. so this not a way to handle customer. so please unblock my mobile to pay emi. when i try to call regarding this technical issue customer care people not receiving the call. i have old aged parents. so kindly do the help on urgent basis.

Hi my name is Gurbir singh grewal i had purchased a two wheeler by taking a vehicle loan from TVS CREDIT COMPANY, which got completed in march 2022 . After that i got numerous no. Of calls regarding personal loan which i dont want . And after my continuous efforts of telling No i don’t want any loan from you and don’t call me again ; they keep on calling from different mobile numbers regardless the time or what im doing . Even today on sunday (8/5/22) they called twice . Ok

I closed the same about 8-9 months ago, however, I haven't received my vehicle's RC book still.
I have availed myself of the loan facility by submitting my RC book at the SVS TVS showroom, Vawin, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai to a representative from TVS Credit Services (His name is Vinoth).
For my loan closure, I have been contacted by a guy named Rajesh (contact number: [protected]), even I am trying to reach this guy for the follow-up on the RC book, but no proper responses were received.
I have visited the TVS credit branch @ Guindy Industrial Estate, Chennai for the inquiry about my RC book, where they informed me it is not there and ask to check with the showroom (where I purchased the vehicle).
I went and checked at the showroom as well, but the RC book is not there (where they mentioned it is collected by the TVS credit agent so it will not be there).
Now, even after closing the loan, I am getting redirected here and there to get my RC book, but nothing positive happened.
Sent emails and done many phone calls ( to their toll-free number: [protected]), however, no proper responses were received.

Registering this complaint to get my vehicle's RC book soon.

i have a car loan with tvs credit services ltd for 5 years.
I am paying the loan with utmost sincerity for 3 years.
This month feb 2021 i had a financial crunch and was not able to pay the emi. I dont know who they are and they spoke and look like gundas came and took my car. I had to call them continuosly for 5 hrs and they took 3000 from me without giving any receipt and gave the car.

I had complaint on tvs credit about my illegal charges and extra amount.taking serious concern they had call me after a week .and said that submit a emi and your charges will waived off .i have done the same according to their word . After that I have trying to communicate them for waiver of charges as they had promised me to be but their is no response from their side as humanity i wait for almost 1 month but still no response .local body says talk to senior they don't pickup the phone asking to give no but not giving.
Means iam totally bluffed up by them.
Though I belong to media line editor at news channel.will not recommend anyone to finance loan from them.app doesn't respond properly .no proper emi deduct intimation as mobile no updated there too. Amount being deducted still getting the message of emi bounced .. collection agent will start calling you on same month of emi bounce as its their server mistake . Let me tell you I am complaining. many person dont know about this . You can ask me about each and every proof I have with me what iam talking about. If my matter doesnt taken seriously iwill be taking it to the next level.because it's just beyond the patience.
Very poor customer services. Unethical behaviour .false promises.

"your mobile has been locked due to your default in emi payments. Pay the emi dues and to unlock your mobile, contact the below number by tapping the call button or send a mail to the below mail id". And this screen disables all other features of my mobile phone."
Even my 1st emi on 3/05/2020...

Now emi has stop for 3 months for novel covid 19.but account is debited from my account. Pls stop my emi for 3 months.

I have applied for used car loan, interest rate 17.4 than committed during loan approach. 6, 69, 250 sanctioned disbursement of 6, 57, 150 and they charged in amout 3000 for rc update.
I thought to foreclosure the loan they share foreclosure letter future installment 617006 charged 5% 30850.30 + broken period interest 8737.99 (6930.17 on 14th) do not how it is charged total 6, 56, 595 (7 emi paid 1, 16, 410). Only branch i can foreclose...

I did not purchased mobile thorugh tvs credit services or any emi than why my phone block by tvs credit 20.12.2019. My mobile imei -351578/10/036240/9 & 351579/10/036240/7. My phone should be unblock.

We purchased Washing machine, but the executives are registered a TV Purchased and they updated excess amount of loan also. We tried to mail to TVS Help Desk and chennai Gunidy team. All the employees are very excellent to collect a money from customers even customer has its non working day also. but when we raised Request they will work on working day only. Still i didnot found any solution.
So dont go for TVS Credit services they...

Fyi, i have taken a loan from tvs credit almost 2 years back for my two wheeler. There was a late payment from my end in the month of march 2018, april onwards i have made the payment on time every month but when i have checked my cibil report i have noticed that there are 4 late payments march april may and june 2018. I did a complaint in customer support, i met sethuraman, area manager bangalore branch to solve this issue but nothing has...

I am writing this with great distress due to the error done by tvs credit services resulting in getting black mark, mental agony and damage created to me, in the form of numerous calls, home visit, legal notice etc., and taking up this here since this issue was seems never bothered by tvs credit services and could not get me a fair resolution in-spite of my many mails to tvs help...

I took a car loan six months earlier from tvs credit services of approx 2.30 lacs. But they disbursed only 2 lacs. After submiting all related docs to them still they r saying very soon u'll get rest of loan amount. But it's gone more than six months and I'm paying emi for the whole sanctioned amount.
