[Resolved]  Tvs Credit Services — lapse of service

Sir (S),

I am writing this with great distress due to the error done by tvs credit services resulting in getting black mark, mental agony and damage created to me, in the form of numerous calls, home visit, legal notice etc., and taking up this here since this issue was seems never bothered by tvs credit services and could not get me a fair resolution in-spite of my many mails to tvs help desk, tvs customer service, tvs legal dept but in vain. As to the fact, the error was done by tvs credit services by not providing with first emi payment due date in time, instead providing it at a later stage after the due date of 7th march 2018, resulting in bouncing and ultimately i am getting levied with the charges for no fault of mine. Please note that i was never given a timely mandate and the “first mandate” was given to me in the form of an sms only on 17th march 2018 with the message saying “your first emi is due on 07/03/2018”, well after all the damage done. (Kindly note the dates – attaching the screenshot of the sms for all your perusal).

Is this not amounting to lapse from the customer service dept in the form of improper customer service due to miscommunication and by not providing me with valid necessary and timely emi – ecs information?

Infact the sr. Manager – customer service tvs credit services, had indeed agreed there were some system errors during the month of march 2018 which created some lapses, but still not ready to convince or compensate me and the outcome ultimately made me the scapegoat for no fault of mine in the form of getting levied 3 bouncing charges and mental agony.

My only concern is why i should be burdened with this bouncing charges levied by bank when the error was by tvs credit services, which was evident from the fact that the bounce charge of tvs (Rs 400) was waived. Indeed my only request was to compensate the 3 bounce charges as well, which in no way tvs credit services is relenting in-spite of the fact that the error was done with them.

Please take a positive decision if agreeing to my part of vindication which was already been proved that i am vindicated by means of getting waived tvs bouncing charge with not only requesting to restore me with bank bouncing charges but also the same kind of treatment should not be meted out and repeated to any other customers at any point of time.

All this is, in-spite of the fact that the rest of the emi payments till date were getting honored by me which shows my prompt in repayment. Had i was given necessary information prior for the first emi due date of 7th in the month of march i would have ensured sufficient balance in my account ensuring clearance.

Saying so,
Will tvs credit can reverse or do anything for the black mark, mental agony and damage created with my bank due to dishonoring/levying me charges of the first emi dated 7th march 2018, for no fault of mine and happened mainly due to "miscommunication leading to improper customer service and amounts ultimately to lack of service" by not providing me with valid necessary and timely emi information.?

I feel this case of mine is very genuine with me getting penalized for no fault and opine, have the right to claim for compensation for aforesaid reasons for which i had justified.
