[Resolved]  Tvs Scooty — manufacturing defect

i am sheela chakravarty from jabalpur which is in madhya pradesh india. i had bought a "tvs scooty pep plus" on the 9th of oct. from a local dealer in my city. the dealer's shop is "maa sharda tvs". its jus two months tht we bought it. we made cash payment n bought it.
since the time i bought my vehicle, there is severe pain in my right hand. on asking the dealer to check the vehicle's handle thoroughly, he came up with the problem tht the vehicles fork was bent. on asking for replacement he delayed it. we went to him 4-5 times, but he doesn't even entertain us! i am having problems even to carry out my daily chores because of the pain.
i need the replacement...either of the fork or of the vehicle itself!

TVS — Poor Manufacturing defects

TVS have not made a vehicle of it standard or does not have an qualified mechanic or even an authorized service center which is fully capable of servicing an vehicle
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I, Satyabrata Sardar purchase TVS Streak on 16.06.2010 from Ride ‘n’ Drive (38/5, S.N.N. Ganguly Road, Howrah – 711101 Ph. No:- [protected]/3450). I am facing a big trouble.
Normally I riding my bike at city, bypass, highway area for maximum time.My TVS Streak is giving 26 to 28 km/ ltr mileages. At the time of purchase my dealer informed me that this will give 50 to 55 km/ltr on an average.
Professionally I am working at a sales oriented job sector. So I need to get average 50 km/ltr. I have done 3 servicing under your free service policy. Again and again I told them that my bike is giving 26 to 28 km/ ltr mileages. But for the two times they informed me intentionally they reduce the mileage on behalf of engine long lasting. But on the third time they told me that they have raised the mileages. But still getting same mileages. Technician informed me that this bike will give maximum 30 km/ ltr. And some problem is there basically in this bike.
Me and my friends circle time to time change our bike. But we are totally dissatisfied with your performance. So we as soon as possible going to change our bike, quit to another company.
I will be very much obliged if you do the needful as soon as possible.

I have purchased a TVS scooty pep+ (Eng. No.OG3FC2794159, Chasis No.MD626BG32C2F19400) on 16/06/12 by cash payment from the dealer mentioned below:

From very beginning the fuel is exhausted through carburater overflow pipe during running of vehicle. I have made a complaint to the Rupnarayanpur dealer for four times on 23/06/12, 02/07/12, 05/07/12 &11/07/12 which are also documented in their Job Card.The mechanic over there are not well trained and same trouble still persist. I think this is the worst scooty in the market and loosing my faith on TVS brand.Now I am planning to keep the vehicle to display in front of showroom, so that other do not face the same problem that I face.
In view of above circumstances I need to replacement of vehicle as soon as possible.

I am Adv. Mr. Vivek shid bought scooty pep+ your vehicle 2 months ago from Saibaba Service station Hinjewadi, TVS showroom, pune.From starting their is problem in your product.It gives power ON issue.Several times the scooty stops and doesn't start again.Single servicing is done on that time this problem is reported but no action taken.In two weeks the bike in your service center for repairing against the same issue but the problem remains the same.Three times bike has stooped while running and i had pushed it till my home and i had faced a lot of inconvenience because of the bike. we chosen your brand because of trust. we don't want to suffer more due to this bike and we want Replacement or the whole amount we paid to you as soon as possible.If 1 rupees is less in your payment then can you give me your Vehicle? Then why we take your faulty bike and suffering from mentally headache.So please you give its reply on urgent basis if you have some care about your customer.
