Hi, we have bought a Scooty Pep plus here in Coimbatore and during earlier days, much complaints were not there. Now 2 months before, we did a yearly service and it's carborator and battery and few other components were also changed. Now again it is having the same complaints. Whenever it jumps through a hump, engine gets switched off. If we have luck it will start again, else we need to pull it home. Also it is having this jumping behavior while on running. It was serviced in last 2 months for around 5200. Still continuing with the monthly services with new new issues. Can we get a proper resolution or explanation from the company why this vehicle is like this?

    I purchased scooty pep plus last year april. Its not even one yr. Now self start and kicker both are not effectively working.

      I purchased my scooty pept plus on my dad's name on 4/11/2020 from Kamal motors, Rambaug lane no.2, Kalyan West. 1 month it was going good and after 1 or 2 months it is started giving problems. Then till now problem is not resolved. the problem is vehicle get automatically stopped then next day we went to showroom then he changed pump and he told us after few days to put scooty in showroom. I putted it in showroom then he gave me our scooty after 1 week. After 1 week the same problem came suddenly my vehicle get stopped then again I call in service centre then again we took scooty in service centre for almost 1 week and after that scooty was ok for 10 days then after the same problem arises. Worst vehicle I ever have seen and service centre need to understand this is very serious problem because of this ours as well as others lives also in danger.we complaint on showroom many times but no response was given to me so plz give me compensation or exchange my scooty.

        I purchased my scooty pept plus on 12/07/18 from yeshwant stadium, nagpur. And after 3 days the parts of scooty was not working, no horn works, light, indicator not even kick works then i told the problem in the tvs service centre then he change the fuse then after 15 days once again the vehicle get automatically stopped when i went in weeding then next day i went to showroom then he changed fuse and he told me after few days to put scooty in showroom. I putted it in showroom then he gave me my scooty in 3 hrs. After 1 week the same problem came suddenly my vehicle get stopped and nothing is working no keys no horn and not even kick then i call in service centre then he send a boy who took my scooty in service centre for 2 days and after that scooty was okk for 10 days then after the same problem is today. Worst vehicle i ever have seen just because of this vehicle i lost my job, i have to take off my classes and also i can't go to clg and this is my final year. Just bcoz of this vehicle my parents are shouting on me. I complaint on showroom bt no response was given to me so plz give me compensation or exchange my scooty.

          I bought latest scooty pep plus last month, till 1st service its very smooth to ride, after that its always giving trouble. Starting trouble in both self & kick starter. very hard to drive, if exclator begin to slow, vehicle will off automatically. Very worst service & also they charged me fee for oil changing, i ride it only 400 kms.

          After the first free service of my TVS scooty pep plus by Aditi motors Noida (U.P.), i faced a lot of problem in starting of the vehicle. i'm unable to start it either by auto start or by kick.

            Respcted Sirs, First of all let me thank, Sri Shankaram, of Sri Sai Reddy's TVS Centre, Opp Jyothi Talkies, Ashok Nagar,Lingampally(BHEL), Hyderabad, for sending two boys, Sri Prasad and SRI Durga Rao. My Scooty's battery ran down completly and was not starting. So I cold not take it to Sri Sai Reddy's TVS Work-Shop. I am too weak due an accident which I met on 4th April-2012(Thursday). A maruthi car hit my scooty from behind and I sustained head injuries , with three ribs fractured. The vechicel was not damaged thanks to its wonderful R&D. I am 62 + and a retired Section Officer, from the University of Hyderabad.             Respected Sirs, First let me thank Sri Shankaram, of TVS, Sai Motors( Sri Sai Reddy's), opp Jyothi Talkies, BHEL, Lingampally, Hyd, who promptly deputed two boys to take my Scooty pep plus to work shop to set right battery, current due to which my scooty was not starting. I met with an accident on april4th, near my house a mauthi car hit myscooty from behind. I was hosptalised with three ribs fractured. The Scooty was not damaged except the light of the rear number plate damaged. Because the battery was to weak and ran out I could not take the scooty to Sri Sai Reddy's tvs centre.               charging for oil change for free service. it was a new bike, i not rode it also oly on saturdays and sundays wil take it to shop min kms oly . bike was bought at feb last this is my second service. while i was enquiring they saying like for tvs service it is mandatory to change oil for every service and the service was worst

                problem in self starting

                I purchased TVS SCOOTY PEP PLUS on 31/08/2011.I purhased it from DENI AUTOMOBILES,west of rajendra setu,kankarbagh road ,patna-800020.During the usage of two month, I already went four times for the problem of self start .But i didnot get the solution till now.So,kindly solve my problem.Still my self of the vechile is not working properly....

                i have purcahsed TVS Scooty pep plus From Sathya Motors vide Reg No: TN22BT7213 reg date 30 th June 2010.
                i have already completed free services given by the TVS Company.
                Last wk i have done the paid service during the time dealer has informed my that your battery has failed. you need to replace the new battery.
                i don't understand the battery manufatures are doing advertising that their battery is very strong and work for long. it is only fake advertisement. their battery is not worth for a year.
                My battery fitted in the above vehicle is SF battery Sr>No;238348.

                Dealer is waste they want make money and not to give proper service to customers.

                  Head Light problem

                  I have a TVS scooty pep plus and is with me for the last 4 years. Around 2 months back, i took it to service and brake problem at Innovative TVS (Dealers for TVS at Bhandup (w) Mumbai ) and after that the head light will get fused once i run the scooter for 10 minutes in the night. It was taken back to them for rectifying this problem for 3 or 4 times and they will always give back saying this time it will be okay and will not have any probelm....

                  Now, they are saying there is no oil in the engine & asking for change in Block Piston, Walve, Cranck, etc.
                  How are they maintaing our vehicle ? Why should we pay for that ?

                  I have given my vehicle for service. But still they have not rectified the problem in the vehicle. self start is not working, inspite of changing the battery also. More than 4 to 5 times the vchicle was taken to service still the same problem persists.

                    I Sunita Nagpal , the owner of TVS Scooty pep plus ( AP31 AW5560), had got the stems and oil seals of my bike changed at Leelavati Classic Motors Pvt ltd., Rednam Gardens,Jail Road Visakhapatnam in the month of April, 2010.
                    Today,[protected], i went to the service center and was told that the oil from one of the stems was leaking. On asking the reason for it, the person concerned refused to shoulder the responsibility and said that it was done by some outside party before.This was really annoying as the oil had started leaking in less than 2 months. my bike had been vibrating a lot all these days because of lack of oil in the stem and due to this the fork was also said to be bent, charging me Rs 370 extra for it.
                    I, therefore claim that the servicing of my bike had not been done properly and so i am facing this problem today. It want this complaint to be responded to as early as possible.

                    I HAVE PURCHASED SCOOTY PEP PLUS BIKE FROM M/S KANDY RAJA MOTOR CYCLES, CHNO# 50 RAJAJI SALAI, CHENNAI -1 (PHONE NO[protected], 421)IN THE MONTH OF APRIL 2012 AND SURRENDERED BIKE FOR 3RD FREE SERVICE ON 30.10.2012. THE BIKE REGISTRATION NO IS TNO3H8025 AND FRAME NO:MD626BGX3C2C80128. AFTER COMPLETION OF SERVICE WE HAVE TAKEN BIKE ON 01.11.2012. OUR RESIDENCE IS JUST 2.5 KMS FROM SERVICE CENTRE THE BIKE STOPPED AT 4 PLACES AND IS HAS QUITE STARTING TROUBLE. WE HAVE CONTACTED THE SERVICE PERSONNEL TO RECTIFY AT MY RESIDENCE SINCE THE BIKE IS IMMOBILE AND STARTING TROUBLE. THEY HAVE NOT DEPUTED ANY IN SPITE OF OUR PHONE CALLS.

                      I must suggest, please give proper training to service station mechanics. Due to incompetent mechanics, my wife really faced lots of trouble & wasted lots of money at the service station SAI AUTO, RANCHI..

                      Due to key switch problem, our scooty was facing starting problem, which was lastly rectified by the local roadside mechanic. Where as at your service station, they changed, firstly spark plug & piston block . But somehow the problem still consistent then secondly they changed the complete gear ., again the problem persists.
                      At the very remote area my wife stuck with the problem of scooty, she called up at service station but they did not respond.
                      Anyhow, she manage to tow the scooty to home and given several reminder to service station people to visit and rectify the problem, but they were least bothered. Lastly after 5 days she call the local mechanic and he located the snag within no time & and change the key switch, and now scooty is in fine condition.

                          The undersigned purchased a TVS Scooty Pep+ in April 2008. Till that time the scooty had no problem.
                          Last week on 1st April 2009 all of a sudden while my daughter was driving the pep+ the axel of the two wheeler broke and she fell down bearing serious injuries.

                          Now, I demand replace of the said scooty pep+ as the breaking up of axel is a srious problem and it is a manufacturing defect.

                            self starting problem

                            My father purchased the scooty pep plus from lotus agency, Erode on 19.1.2005. After one year problem is arised in staring the engine i.e battery charge comes down and we approache lotus agency.They recommende for new battery and it is done in lotus service station on 20.08.2007. After installing new battery problem is started frequently (5 - 7 times)in starting the engine & we approached the service station what they said that problem...
