UCO Bank, Anoopnagar Branch, Indore — MONEY DEBITED FROM ACCOUNT BUT I DIDN'T GET IT

Dear Sir/Madam,
On 22/05/2011 i.e sunday around 12 PM i was withdrawing 1000 rupees from ATM o[censored]CO BANK but during the process the ATM machine stopped for some unknown reason and i didn't recieved the money but was debitted from my account. I complaint to the bank on 24/05/2011 but till now I haven't recived the money as RBI says that in such cases the money should be refunded withing 12 working days.
