[Resolved] DishTV — Unable to PROVIDE your customers channel to watch | |
I am really disappointed about the service that you have provided. I have been one of the oldest customers of Dishtv but i totally regret my decision n I feel totally cheated by you. I am not able to watch the cricket match on Neo Channel just becuase you are not having a tie up with the channel & are unable to supply the channel for my viewing. Thats after I pay upto Rs.350/- monthly. This in also not the first time this has happened even in the past we've had the same problem with Colours, NDTV imagine, etc... this is your failure in keeping up to the promise of giving us the best I think my local cable does a far better job is atleast giving me everything i want. And it is a shame that dishtv NOT EVEN CLOSE TO OTHER PROVIDERS IN SORTING OUT THEIR ISSUES WITH THE CHANNELS. I've tried sending this mail from your official side www.dishtv.com but it gives an error page this is the standard of your service.
