[Resolved] Unilever Pure It Water Filter (Auto Fill) — No one attended any Complaint. | |||
Hello Subject: Bad Service by Unilever (pure it Auto fill) , Date purchased - 18/8/2010, This has happened with from the time i requested to change my battery kit. My Pureit Auto fill stopped functioning after they changed my battery. I have been calling them but there is no response. In case they pick up and attend, they won't come to your home for even to listen the problem. I bought this only 6 months back and the warranty period is still on. Never seen such a bad service any where. This product will not survive in the market for too long if they don't pay any heed to complaints.
