[Resolved] Uninor — False charge of 65 rs and not refunding back | |
Dear Sir, I am Kapil.My uninor number is [protected].I have been falsely charged 65rs from date 20th may to 28th may.My service request number is 1-[protected]. During this time i have send just 2 messages and done 3 calls which were hardly of 1minute.Infact it was less then 50seconds. Rest all time my phone was switch off.How can my balance reduce from 92rs to 27rs .This has been falsely charged and i want my money refunded as soon as possible. And if any services has been activated on my mobile(which were undesirable by me) then please deactivate it and refund that money. We are confirm that we have not activated any service as my phone was switch off from last 5 days and i was only checking the messages for 2 minutes at night.
