[Resolved] Uninor — Deducting recharge balance for unwanted services

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I recharged my uninor number ([protected]) today at 9:30pm for Rs 100, and by 11:00pm in the same day my complete balance was over because uninor fraudulently activated services that I have never applied for. I had called the customer service and they claimed that I had myself activated value added services a few months ago, when in fact, these services get activated automatically along with an sms that confirms that the services have been activated.

I want all the useless services deactivated, and my recharge balance refunded to me.

uninor service provider — balancing getting deducted automatically after recharge

My Uninor number is [protected]. Everytime as soon as i recharge my cell my whole balance gets deducted only Rs.1 remains as balance. I had informed customer care so many times but it had proved to be of no use till date. It has caused a lot of inconvenience to me.

Request you to kindly troubleshoot my problem & deactivate if any running service is there.

UNINOR — automatic activated an value added service

i have uninor sim in my mobile.my mobile no.is [protected].the company activated an value added service on my number without my consent.and when i complain to customer care there is no satisfactory reply.what u do to recover my balance back?
