Number : [protected] Name : Deokumar Singh Respected Sir, I am very much frustrated about your service o[censored]ninor, I think that they are cheating illiterate peoples very easily by activating services automatically. They can not read messages so the company is cheating them easily.They started some gossip and music services in my number and deduct related charges without my acceptance or intention. When I try to contact customer care, after long waiting I got irresponsible answer that system is down so call after 3 hours. Such amount is not important for me but I am against cheating. Uninor has activated any VAS scheme Rs.5/day without my permission on my cell number [protected](gujarat) since 3-4 days.
When i told this things to customercare person, he told me we will not pay back for that scheme because u did not tell u within 24 hours.
But i really not aware of activation of this scheme.

This is to inform you that I have been enjoying Uninor service for last 1 year without any problem. But for last few weeks I have been facing problems regarding activation of VAS, my chat, my friend service. Now it has become habit for them to deduct unnecessary charges from my account without activation from my side. everyday one rupees deduct from my account for VAS charge.and Rs. 30 deducted for my friend service. It has happened so many times
When I contact to customer care they say dial 777 and deactivate service. why should I deactivate service from my side when I have not activated. They never give us our rupees back.
Please help me to solve this problem.

meri complain hai uninor ke liye ki wo bina bataye balance se paise less kar dete hai...wo adhri jankari dete hai..pahle kahte hai ki 777 par call karkeke apni service active or deactive kar sakte hooo... jab hum 777 par call karte hai or koi service active karte hai tab vaha sirf ye kaha jata hai ki 40 rs. me collar tune one moth vaildiety haiii jab hum active kar lete hai ..to bad me hamari balance me se 60 rs cut jate haiiii.. jab company me call lagakar puchte hai ki 40 rs hi bataya tha to wo kahte hai ki 777 par active karane par extra lagta hai... jabki 20rs ki koi bat kahi par bhi compny ne nahi batai...ye to aaj mere sath hua hai or logo ke sath hota rahta hoga..please aap uninor se complain karee...jab kisi ke pass muskil se balance rakhta hai or bina bataye aise company cut kar lete hai to kaise aam janta sahan kar payegiii, , , , , , ,
please uninor company se kahiye ki kisi ko bhi andhere me mat rakhoo jo bat hai vo pahle grahak ko bataye uske bad apni manmani karee...india ko aage laoooo nahi ki aise kam karke usko or dubaoooo.. jai hind
