Uninor — Having poooooooooor customer care | |||
Hi All, I unexpectedly enabled mytunes in Uninor service.I tried to call customer care (121) to disable mytunes. In that there is no direct navigation to customer case option.(like press 9 ). Then i tried another number 198 . But this is having greavence cell. I asked him to create a comlaint on this. He did not create complaint and give navigation to customer care option. From next time he blocked my call to call grevience number also. Then why this channel is present. Worst service ever. Better dont go to Uninor. Hi guys.. Even i had a fatal problem deactivating my aircel dialler tune.. Here's a quick tip.. Dial 56500 from your aircel mobile..
After u select the desired language, press the keys 9, 2, 1 straight away.. this deactives dialler tune set for all callers.. Remember call charges to 56500 is 6rs/min.. I hope this helps
