Uninor — I have not got recharge amount in my mobile | |||
As on 2nd April 2012 through Internet I have recharge my Uninor mobile no - [protected] by Rs 80 ( using ING Vysya Internet Banking ) same amount deduct from my Account and also billing shown but I have not got recharge amount in my mobile. I am already compliant customer care but there is no response . My Service Request No 1-[protected]. My Online Recharge details is given blow, I Received mail from Uninor, Thank you for using Uninor Online Recharge. Your transaction details are mentioned bellow. Uninor Number : [protected] Transaction ID : MING[protected] Transaction Amount : INR 00000080.00 Transaction DateTime : [protected]:43:28 and i spoke with uninor customer care in many times my request accept by uninor customer care , uninor customer care send message for my no is given blow Dear customer SR 1-[protected] created on 02/04/12 2:12 pm will be resolved by 05/02/12 2:19pm.
