[Resolved] Uninor — Fraud:Balance transfer & leaking personal details | |||
Hi this is Lalit and my mobile no. is [protected] (up east) , Today i got a call from [protected] at 10:48 am , as a person told me that he is calling from customer care and there is offer that if i recharge my no. with 100 rs/- then company will give me 333 rs/- additional talk-value , i did my recharge at 11:55 am with 100 rs/- , after sometime same person from same no. ([protected]) made me call and told that due to server problem they are unable to transfer my balance , so i have to do it manually , he sent me a number *202*[protected]*50# , when i made that call i came to know that he had transferred my 50 rs/- , I want your response immediately that how he got information about my mobile number and which kind of security is for consumer ,that by simple dial a number balance has been transferred without asking for any permission, I want you to take immediately action on this case , and want your response otherwise he would do this with many of your uninor consumer, It was my duty to inform you first , and i want my money back or any action on Both fraud mobile no. , Was this information helpful? | |||
