Uninor — i do not get resolution of my complaint till that time from UNINOR. (Bakwas Company) | |||
A one month ago their is a CRICKET MANIA Pack is automatically activated on my uninor number ([protected]) and 30 rs deduct from my main account balence. while that time i was requested to customer care ex. (Mr. Sharma) to deactivate this service. then CCE was told me that this service will be deactivate automatically before renewing. and i was again communicate regarding this problem to Sr. Exucative they provide a diffrrent way to deactivate in each time like: *777*888*1*2# UNSUB CKT UNSUB CRI UNSUB CRICKET all are fake. i dont know that why uninor is select a poor mentality exucative who dont know how and why.i was trying several time to deactivate my CRICKETMANIA Pack but i was not able to deactivate this service. finally i was registerd my complaint to UNINOR through Sr. Representative (Mr. gajendra) after very tired and my complaint no. is SR 1-[protected] on 15-april-2011. UNINOR was suspended this service. till that time my main account balence is going reduce day to day due to CRICKETMANIA pack which was already suspended. again i was talk to Mr. Sharma and other and ask about my complained status then all was tell a wrong estimated time for resolving this problem and all are advised to me to refund my account balance which was reduced after my complaint was proceed. Now their are Big Question to UNINOR Service. 1. Is there any possibility to deduct main account balance while service in suspended period? 2. why customer care representative dont know about activation/deactivation process of any service? 3. Till now i dont have any satisfactory response through uninor why? while any complained might be resolved in next 8 working hour? 4. representative was suggest me to nill my account balence till problem resolve so how much time i should not recharged my uninor no? i am so afraid about recharging my uninor no. because whenever i recharged my phone. i get nill my all account balance from last 15 day.
