[Resolved] Uninor — Misbehaviour at Uninor store | |
Complaint against : Uninor Store Ajay Nagar ; Kolkata I have lost my Uninor mobile SIM card on 14/05/2012 and subsequently made the Police general diary on the same day. Today when I went to Ajay nagar Uninor store the only one store remaining in south kolkata the owner Mr. Sanjit Mehta(that's what he said) told me the SIM swapping is only possible if I do a Rs.198 recharge. When I asked the reason the person started behaving as if he is doing some favor and misbehaved with me . He tried to negotiate with me for at-least Rs. 100 recharge for doing the necessary SIM Swipe. I Use at-least 5 Uninor connections but today Mr. Mehta's rude behavior made me totally upset. I request UNior Authorities to look into the matter and take the necessary action against that person or the store.
