[Resolved]  Uninor Mobile Service — Balance Deduction, no response

Sir,
I have uninor connection since February 2011, i have switched to Uninor from Vodafore through MNP. On[protected] i have activated SMS pack of Rs. 7 per month through IVR option o[censored]ninor by dialing 50004. I have activated on morning about 10 a.m. but the same was not activated till 11.00 pm night hence i had contacted to Uninor Customer service and i have been given a code to dial to activate the SMS scheme. accordingly i have dialed and scheme was activated by deducting Rs. 7. now today i got the massage that my scheme is activated and Rs. 7 has been deducted. I have again contacted to Uninor customer care service than if my scheme is already activated than how it has been activated twice. i have been given unsatisfactory reply that you have activated SMS scheme through IVR though it was not activated and you have dialed the code to activate SMS. now the scheme which was to be registered thorogh IVR has been activated hence you balance has been deducted twice e.g. Rs. 7 + 7 = 14. Customer care executive fails to reply of my question that Uninor should not deduct the balance twice for the same scheme as the scheme is already activated, he transferred to my call to any lady and she also failes to reply of my query and she informed me that she is transferring my call to Senior Executive and suddenly she disconnected my call. Now when i try to call to customer care, my phone does not connect to customer care to talk to executive as i have already made one call to customer care in a day. I really want to know that give me any of the good reason to stay connected with UNINOR. I am going to switch to VODAFONE. alteast vodafone response to customer's query which UNINOR has not done.
