[Resolved] Uninor — Outgoing service stopped | |||
Sir, I have purchased new connection (SIM) o[censored]NINOR mobile number [protected] and recharged it with ISD pack to make cheap ISD call to my mother who is on HAJJ Pilgrimage at Makkah (KSA). But on dated 19/10/2012 out going facility has been stopped by service provider. On telephonic conversation with customer care, representative at other end informed that during verification of documentary proof, it is not found valid. Since I have submitted photo copy of my passport as documentary proof duly signed my myself. Sir, it clearly denotes that the documentary proof submitted by myself has been misused at their (UNINOR Office) end. Sir, guide them to return my documentary proof what I have submitted if it invalid for the said connection or otherwise, to restore the outgoing facility of the said connection.
