[Resolved] Uninor — ACTIVATION OF INTERNET SETTINGS | |||
MY MOBILE NUMBER [protected] IS A RELIANCE GSM SIM. I HAVE CHANGED TO UNINOR THROUGH MNP. I ACTUALLY HAD A PLAN TO ACTIVATE INTERNET IN MY MOBILE AND THEN TO CONNECT TO MY PC THROUGH BLUETOOTH. AFTER CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR NEARLY 4 TIMES THEY SENT ME THE INTERNET SETTINGS AND I EVEN HAS RECHARGED WITH THE INTERNET PACKAGE OF RUPEES 90/- TWO DAYS BACK. AFTER RECHARGING WITH THE INTERNET PACK I HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE TO HELP ME OUT TO SET THE INTERNET SETTINGS IN MY MOBILE AND MY PC. EVERYTIME THEY GIVE A DIFFERENT PROCESS AND TILL NOW MY PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED. TILL NOW I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE 8 TIMES BUT ULTIMATELY EVERYTHING WAS IN VAIN. THE STORE O[censored]NINOR IS NEARLY 60 KMS FROM THE PLACE WHERE I LIVE. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO GO TO THE STORE AND ASK FOR HELP.
