Respectfully I may state that I had purchased US 64 Bonds during the past several years. Latter on I had been informed by you vide letter No. US64 GOI bonds BPRJ No. 2013506 dated 02.05.2003 that the units have been converted under Unit Schemes 64 units to 6.75% Tax Free and the letter in question had been received at my old address. Thereafter I had requested for the change of my address which is given at the top of letter and your confirmation in this connection was also received to me under your letter 18471847 dated 28th October, 2003.

Now it is learnt that the amount concerning to the Bonds are being refunded to the investors rather I had also talked with the concerned official and it was given assurance to me that I would get the cheque very early in due course. Now a period of about 1-1/2 months have gone but so far neither I have received any cheque of due amount nor the reasons behind the delay is conveyed to me.

Therefore I request your good-self to kindly look into the matter and release my due amount at the earliest possible.

But to my surprise it has not reached to my old address evenafter so many days nor they say that they received back. Therefore i would like to know where my pay order is.

Further I had been informed vide your letter No.US64 GOI bonds BPRJ No.2013506 dated 02.05.2003 (copy already sent you through courier vide my application dated 04.07.2008 that the units have been converted under Unit Scheme 64 to 6.75% Tax Free. I had made request for the refund of total amount prescribed on the letter viz Rs.5766.76 but no reply has so far been received to me nor any cheque/DD received to me so far. Unit Trust of India — Not Received Redemption Amount and Last Interest

I have submitted my US64 bond for redemption in the month of May, 2008. In the month of June, I was informed that there is a signature missmatch (Re[censored]TITSL/ERO-KOL/US64BOND/MATURITY/2008-09/C-140 dated 30th May, 2008.
). I got my signature attested as per there instruction and submitted the same in the last week of June. Till date I have not recieved the amount.

I am yet to recieve the redemption of 330 US-64 bonds.Several letters & reminders have been sent.No action & no acknoweldgement.

Dear Sir

I have taken UTI bond fund with the Folio No.[protected]Date 29/10/2002 ). It has been matured on 13/10/2007. But the check I have recieved after the maturity, Rs. 21, 700/- has been deducted from the total matured amount (Check/Warrant No.:[protected], Dated 16th October, 2007).

Kindly expedite the matter and what step is required to take to get the amount back.

I hold the following bonds with Sh. Virendra Kumar Handa (my only son)- Bonds in the names of Sh Virendra Kumar Handa and Mrs Shanti Handa.

I have not recd redemption amt on these bonds of Rs 62, 900 despite 8-10 letters sent. Also interest for more than 3 yrs not received.
Mr Virendra Kumar Handa died an untimely death on 5.9.2005 for which I had sent Original Death Certificate issued by MCD and Original bonds to be updated in my name on 16.2.2006 at UTI - TSL- DMC.

I have not recd bonds in my name also.
The interest neither recd in my name nor in Sh Virendra Kumar Handa's name.
Kindly send details of encashment of interest of last 7 yrs to enable us understand the staus of interest receipt.
