After a long time, I have returned to my house . seeing that the Interest cheque o[censored]S64-BONDS in the name of POULAMI GHOSH still staged into envelops . (Ten cheques ). I can not deposited the cheques into the account because the cheques are out of date . Please arrange to issue me one fresh cheque (entire amount )by the name of the unit holdere as despatch the given address . I n the mean time I am sending you the ten cheques by registered . Please do the needful .

Its almost 3 months since maturity o[censored]S-64 bonds, but there seems to be no progress in the redemption proceedings. Can anyone please help me in providing the complaint nos. / email for UTI? Or, if anyone has successfully followed up with them, please share your experience on how to go about it.

I have 541 unit o[censored]S 64 Bonds Invester ID no. 25631757, bond certificate number 4323645, I wish to know do I have to discharge the original bond duly signed at back or the maturity warrant will come directly to my address without doing so. sir I had submitted my claim for redemption o[censored]s 64 certificate investor id 38924729 for 369 NO OF BONDS vide receipt dated 07.05.08. In spite of various reminders, I have received only part payment so far.needs speedy action.

Even if my US64 bond matured 3 months back, I haven't received the amount. I have been informed that cheque delivered and not yet returned which I have no clue. In fact this is a dematerialised bond where matured amont supposed to be directly credited to my bank account. I have been asked to furnish the undertaking for duplicate cheque which I did. I have submitted the undertaking to their customer service which in turn sumitted to their utitsl with a copy to me. now their reply that they havn't received. After that, I have again submitted several times by e-mail. But till date, I yet to get the amount.

I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that i had deposited two certificates o[censored]S-64 Bond in original bearing number-5606721 and 5621666 having Invester ID[protected] and 32187854 in your local office o[censored]TI Technology Services Patna on 11th July 2008 for the reciept of the maturity amount and requested to transfer the said amount through ECS in my SB A/C no-[protected] of P.B. Branch of SBI Boring Road Patna.Subsequently on enquiry i learnt from the bank that the amount has not been transferred to my aforesaid account.Thereafter i made a compliant to your local office on 07.08.2008 annexing the xerox copy o[censored]pdate entry of my SB passbook and requested to expedite the matter at the earlist .At the same time i was astonised to know that the maturity amount of Rs.29359.00 has already been transferred through ECS but in wrong account number -[protected] on 15.07.2008.However i was again assured that the amount would be tarnsferred within a fortnight.Again after a fotnight i met office your personnel who simlpy said that the matter has been processed and forwarded my complaint to head office Mumbai as also the rejection letter has been sent to the bank.Thereafter i put the entire facts before the bank authority who handed over a letter in the name o[censored]TI confirming my grevances and the said letter was also recieved by your officer at Patna 0n 31.08.2008.In this way i have been running from pillar to post since about two months till now the amoount has not been transferred to my aforesaid SB account.I again request to kindly expedite my complain and tranfer the amount in my SB A/C [protected] to avoid future complications.I believe my this request would not be unheard now.Awaiting your early response.

I have been in communication with UTI-TSL about the refund of my money for investor Id 97059861, for which they have put me on a disgraceful plateform.

1. A customer/investor o[censored]TI-TSL with investor ID: 97059861 had requested to change his mailling/postal address on 02/07/08 along with a bond certificate was sent for its refunding processes, for which the investor had got a confirmation letter from UTI-TSL with Ref. No. 57903360 on 17/07/08 subjected with change of address of the client/investor/customer to its present address in Bathinda.
Now that the bond certificate no 19114856 's was sent alongwith the change of address request for which it was told by UTI-TSL that it was sent on 21/07/08 to his previous address at Ghaziabad. (Accorrding to the revert of the previous e-mail sent by the UTI-TSL.)
Since the change of address was been updated on 17/07/08, why had UTI-TSL had sent the refund amount to the previous address? Please kindly tell the reason for customer's inconvinance/delay?

2. The client/investor/customer is now told by your UTI-TSL to move to the previous to the address to confirm about the refunding cheque from Ghaziabad address. These were the reply of one of your e-mail sent on 20/08/08... (Refer to your below mentioned mail, maturity amount sent to your ghaziabad address on 05/06/2008, Till date not returned to us.Confirm the same from your old address.)
Why the investor have to hunt/BEG for his own money or inconvinace created by UTI-TSL? Who is held
responsible that the dispatch date is firstly told that, it was sent to Ghaziabad on 05/06/2008 and then secondly, it was told that it was dispatched on 21/07/08?
Why should the investor suffer all these hasals to run to the Post Offices to inquire about the P.O.D status of your speed post no.EM[protected]IN?

3. Moreover the Bond certificate was sent to UTI-TSL on 02/07/08, How comes UTO-TSL has send the maturity amount to Ghaziabad address on 05/06/08?Does this means that UTI-TSL has no responsiblities of the investor's money?

4. Why the client/investor/customer unfortunately 'me' have to suffer delay for my bond certificate refunds? Is UTI-TSL going to pay extra interest for holding my refund payments?

All these questionings were made to UTI-TSL for which on Wed, 17 Sep 2008 15:24:06 +0530, a reply through there Complaint section, UTI-TSL, Tel. no. 67931010, Fax no. 67931099, Email Id- [protected]@utitsl.co.in... came out that they need a verification certificate from the bank. from there after till date i have no more reverts from UTI-TSL.
I have suffered allot, please releif me from these unwanted trouble created by UTI-TSL and refund help me to refund back my money.

I purchased the UTI 64 Bonds on 3/2/2003 in the name of Maria J. Dias, with the following details
1) investor ID No 5148464, Bond Certificate No. 50531511, 428 Bonds
2) and Investor ID No. 3771202, Bond Certificate No. 50531708, No of Bonds 317.

These matured on 1st June, 2008 and till date I have not received my redemption amount.
