I HAVE GIVEN RS 1.0 LAKH TO UNITECH FOR ONE YEAR FIXED DEPOSIT SCEME MY FDR IS B054356 & FOLIO NO. IS 069682 .WHICH MATURED ON 17.07.2011 & ACCORDINGLY DISCHARGED MY CERTIFICATES TO UNITECH. I CALLED UP THEIR OFFICE AT SAKET, NEW DELHI ON TEL.[protected] & THEY INFORMED MY MONEY WILL BE RECEIVED BY ME BY 04 AUG11. HOWEVER TILL TODATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY & NOW NO ONE IS PICKING UP THE PHONE. KINDLY SEND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY AS I AM FEELING THAT I HAVE BEEN CHEATED. AKSHAT TRIVEDI MOB. i think this company is trying to flee from market. all investors must wake up & file case against co.

Unitech has been in the market for a long, long time and is there to stay. Do you think a company, which is the second largest real estate developer in India, will flee the market just like that. Its true that Unitech is facing some crisis due to a plunge in Indian stock market, especially in the realty sector, but I am sure that they would not abandon their investors and customers like that. My Fixed deposit with Unitech got mature on May 2011 and I got the principle amount back a few days ago. I am sure your payment is also on line and you will receive it shortly. Just be patient and have faith in the company you have invested in.

Sorry, I do not share these sentiments. Company is repeatedly giving me false Promises. They informed by email to me stating they are dispatching my check but it was a LIE.one Mr Upadhyay from Unitech told that your check will be dispatched on 16Aug11 but now he is not picking up the phone.

Dear I myself Ashwani Kumar have taken FD - Rs -25,000 maturity date was-18-sep-2011. i have not received my principal amount till today.company is going to spoil its reputation if continues in this scenario
