[Resolved]  Unitech Ltd Fd Dept. — Non receipt of FD even maturity date has passed

Quick update on my post on Sept 21 - i got prompt response from Sumit Mattey and Arvind kumar (Unitech FD team)...i got check in mail within a week of posting my compaint. Thanks!

I have send over my FDRs for redemption 40 days back. I am in receipt of the interest amount cheques, but yet not received the principal amount cheques.
My FDR Details are;

My FDR No.B075421 for an amount of Rs 25000/- was due for mature on 7.10.2011 . I have already sent my FDR receipt before one month from the date of maturity but the amount has not refund so far. I have persued your office so far but nothing has heared. only making foolish and giving time only.it is fraud company.

Unitech FD team,

I have not yet received the principal amount of my FDR No.UL/FD/B/081901, Account No.097862 for Rs.50000/- with you maturing on 2.11.2011. I have written several emails to you regarding the same but have not received any response on the same.

Please arrange to refund the principal amount of Rs. 50, 000 without any further delay.

I have deposited to Fixed Deposit, Cumulative for two years to M/s.Unitech Ltd., vide my F.D.R.No.B038423 . The Maturity date is 30th April 2012. I received only my principle amount of Rs.17, 000/- within due date. The interest cheque amount of Rs.4373/- so far not received till date. After regular follow up from the company, they are saying daily different reply and new story but my interest cheque so far not received. The Government of India
should take strong action from the Company. The poor people money was cheated and looted from the leading big company. My sincere advise agent of the company like
Bajaj Capital & Investment Co.Ltd., should give proper help and advise to us. We are deposited through M/s.Bajaj Capital Co.Ltd., only. But they are not helping to us in such
situation.

we have a fd in unitech ltd, Gurgaon through karvy, sector-14, Gurgaon. I have received interest cheque in Aug. Than I have sumbit fd for next one year for reneval. fdr no.1024379 DT.31/08/12 for Rs.50000/. But till my fd not received.I have sumbit a letter in karvy twice. But no body want to listen my voice. we have required my fd immediatelly,

Unitech Ltd Fd Dept. — Non receipt of refund amount of matured FD

Sir, I have fowarded original receipt of FD matued on 26.11.2013 through spped post vide client ref: UNITECH 08042011. Still no communication or refund of cheque. I am Widow sdtaying at Chinchwad Pune 411 33 . I am afraid of my hard earned money Pl help Annammal Narayana Swamy

Possession pending since last 8 years

Hi,
I booked a flat in Unitech Horizon ( Tower no. 21), Sector PI 2, Greater Noida in year 2006. As per the agreement the possession was due in 2008. However, I have not got the possession till date. Need help in getting justice.

Please suggest how to go about getting the possession as early possible.
